The Mighty Theatre Company is pleased to
present Radium Girls at
7 pm December 6th, 7th, and 8th with a matinee performance on December 8th at 12 pm. Tickets are $8 for students and $10 for
adults. Tickets are available to purchase in the atrium at lunchtime or at

Attention all SMT Students: This Friday November 30th is Moustache Day at SMT! There
is going to be a sale of moustaches and cookies in the atrium this
Friday for 1$ each. All proceeds will go to the Movember

7/8 ANNOUNCEMENTS
Candy Grams will be on sale at
7/8 lunch on Thursday, December 6th,
Friday December, 8th, and Monday, December 9th. For $2 you can send a bag

Grade 7/8 Dance
Club: Any grade 7/8 students interested in learning new styles of dance
(jazz/hip-hop) please come to room 330 this Thursday, December 6th, at lunch. Bring
your lunch and comfortable clothes to dance in. (JC Dec. 6)
7/8 Yoga: yoga continues in
the Dance Room on Tuesdays at lunch time. New students are always welcome.

Makerspace Club: Our Makerspace club is so popular, we need to divide
the club into two different groups. The first group will now meet on Mondays at lunch and will include students
from 7-01 - 7-05. Our Tuesday group will
include students from 7-06 - 7-10 and all students from grade 8.

Waterloo Math
Contest: All grade 9 to 11 students who are interested in
writing the Waterloo Math Contest in February are asked to
attend a follow-up meeting on Thursday, Dec. 13, at lunch in

The SMT Activist Club is helping
support the Barrhaven Legion’s Socks for the Homeless collection. From now until December 7th, we will be
collecting new pairs of socks that will be given to the homeless in Ottawa to
help keep them warm this winter. Bring your socks down to lunch with you and
add them to our bin of socks just outside the cafeteria doors. Thank you for

LF Volunteers: Winterman Marathon

be from 6:30 am – 2 pm or 3 pm (or whatever time you can

NOT provided (There is a volunteer room nearby for lunch and breaks, as well as
the Museum Cafeteria). We encourage volunteers to bring food/drink to get
them through their time with us or purchase food at the Museum Cafeteria.

"Snowflake Ball" Dance on Friday, November
30 from 5:30 to 8pm and are seeking 20 volunteers to help setup and have other duties
during the event. You would need to
