H.S. REPORT CARDS AND PARENT/TEACHER INTERVIEWS:
A remider to parents that high school mid-term reports cards were sent home with students on Friday. In the package was a form to request a parent/teacher interview for this Thursday (Nov. 22) from 2:30 - 5;30 or 6:30 - 8:00. Please have the students return these forms as soon as possible, appointment times will fill up fast.

LIBRARY CLOSURES THIS WEEK: The library will be closed all day Wednesday, November 21st and Thursday, November 22nd.

GIRLS RUGBY: Attention all girls who are planning on playing Rugby this year. Please make sure that you pick up an information package from Miss Carrie in the office. There is important info about a potential tournament in New Brunswick for the Spring. Response slips are to be returned by Wednesday, November 21 so that we know if there is enough interest.

HIGH SCHOOL ALPINE SKI TEAM: There is an important information meeting TODAY in room 201 for skiers of all abilities wanting to race for the school. We have training days at Mt. Ste. Marie, Mt. Cascade and Camp Fortune. Find out more today at 11:45.

NOTICE TO GRADS: A representative from Bishops University (located in Lennoxville, Quebec) will be here this Wednesday morning at 9:05 a.m. If you are interested in attending this information session, please sign up in Student Services TODAY or tomorrow. If there is not enough interest, we will have to cancel the session.

ATTENTION ALL CO-OP STUDENTS: There will be a brief meeting on Tuesday, November 20, concerning the Co-op Job Fair happening later this week on Thursday, November 22nd. Please note that the Co-op Fair will take place during periods 3 & 4 from 12:00 –1:45 in the Atrium. Please see Mrs. O’Sullivan on Tuesday at 12:00 sharp in room 111 to find out more information about the schedule and the materials that you are expected to bring with you that day.

HIGH SCHOOL PLAY: Thank you for all the students who auditioned for the high school play "Arsenic and Old Lace". The audition results are posted on the Drama door (room 114)...Congratulations!!! There will be a very short important meeting for all the actors at 11:45 on stage today. Please be there!

WHITE PINE READING CLUB: White Pine Reading Club will meet in the library seminar room on Tuesday, November 20 at the start of the high school lunch. Bring your lunch and your student ID cards. The books have arrived. All high school students are welcome to join.

TITANWEAR: Titanwear order forms must be returned by Thursday of this week if you want your clothing before Christmas. Don’t miss out on your Titanwear!!

PART-TIME JOBS AVAILABLE: The Bay at Bayshore is looking for 40 students, age 16 and over, for their Christmas Elf program. As an Elf you will be required to work weekends and will be responsible for maintaining the look and Christmas spirit in key departments within the store. MATH CONTEST: The second CNML (Canadian Math League) math contest takes place on Tuesday, November 20th in the library. Students are reminded to report to their period 2 class for attendance before coming to the library. Students should have pencils, and calculators. All are welcome to participate.

VARSITY GIRLS VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS: There will be tryouts for ALL Junior and Senior girls interested in playing on the high school Girls’ Volleyball team this year. Tryouts continue in Gym A/B on Tuesday, Nov. 20th from 3:15 - 4:30 pm AND Wednesday, Nov. 21st from 3:15 - 4:30 pm. See you there! If you cannot make it, please see Miss. Kuchma in room 134.
