TAKE YOUR KIDS TO WORK DAY: To ALL Grade 9 students that are in a Grade 10 homerooms. Please pick up a Take Your Kids To Work Day package in guidance. All Grade 9's are included in this National Event. If you require further information please see Mr. Nearing or Mrs. Rennick in room 320. (JR Nov 1)
It’s time once again for The Ottawa Hospital’s “Rattle Me Bones” 2K-5K-10K road races. This is the 20th anniversary of RMB and the funds raised will go to support bone cancer research.
We need your support and enthusiasm to help make our event a success. This year’s race will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2013 at the General Campus of The Ottawa Hospital. Volunteer registration and details can be found at: https://secure.eventsonline.ca/events/rattle_volunteer/ We have needs for the day of the Race and we are also looking for some help in the days leading up to the RACE and would appreciate any availability you may have!

REMEMBRANCE DAY INVITATIONS: Any student who has a parent/relative or family friend who is a past or present member of the Canadian Armed Forces, police, fire fighter, first responder, etc. is asked to come to the office to pick up an invitation to invite this individual to our Remembrance Day Service on Monday November 11th. They are asked to arrive in their uniform and they will be seated at the front of the gymnasium to view the Service. (JK Nov 6)

Go ENG Girl 2013: The University of Ottawa extends an invitation to our students to participate in the ninth annual Go ENG Girl Event, being held at University of Ottawa on Saturday, October 26, 2013, from 9 am to 3 pm. This FREE event gives girls in Grades 7 to 10 the chance to explore the field of engineering through activities designed just for them. Mother Teresa… Did you know…??
