STUDENT SERVICES

In Partnership with Loyalist and St. Lawrence colleges, Algonquin is offering a series of 3 Apprenticeship Planning Webinars for students, parents and educators.  These webinars are designed to overview everything a high school student needs to know about the apprenticeship pathway. Each session will be led by Candace Carson, a School-to-Work transition specialist, who supports youth in navigating the period between high school and employment. As a result of her experience as an Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Coordinator and Pathways Consultant for one of Ontario's largest school boards, Candace is able to provide youth considering apprenticeship a clear and individualized learner pathway to employment.

There will be handouts to support the learning from each session. You are welcome to attend one, two or all 3 sessions!
Dates are listed below. Each session will run from 6:00pm-7:15pm.
