BOOKFACE CONTEST: Vote for your favourite 'bookFace' on display outside the TLC. Ballots are available @ TLC. For every ballot submitted, your name goes into a draw for an Indigo giftcard. Contest ends Friday, December 14th. (CHV –Dec 14)
MOVIE NIGHT!! The MT Student Council will be hosting a Christmas movie night on Tuesday, December 18th. We will be playing the movie Elf! As we gear up for the holidays, we ask that everyone in attendance for the movie night please bring at least one item of non-perishable food, so that we can brighten up someone else’s Christmas this year. Doors open at 7pm and popcorn and drinks will be available for purchase! Hope to see you all there! (NR –Dec 18)
7/8 ANNOUNCEMENTS
GRADE 7-8 DRAMA PRODUCTION: The Hysterical History of the Trojan War AUDITIONS begin this Thursday Dec 6th and Friday Dec 7th. Please remember to sign up in a time slot for your auditions in room 332. Auditions run from 3-5pm after school on both days in room 230. Please see Mme Beraldin if you have any questions. FUTSAL TRYOUTS: Any 7 and 8 girls and boys interested in trying out for futsal (indoor soccer), please sign-up Friday Dec 7 and Monday Dec 10. The sign-up sheet will be in front of Mr. Nicoletti's Phys. Ed. office beside gym C/D. Also please refer to the tryout schedule beside the sign-up sheet. (CN –Dec 10)

CLASH OF THE TITANS: Wish the debate club good luck as they take on Notre Dame today during period 2 in the library. The topics before the House are: television reality shows do more harm than good, and Canada should be the first country to put a man on Mars. (JS –Dec 7)

ATTENTION ALL FEMALE CREATIVE ARTS STUDENTS: There will be an information meeting Monday, December 10th at the beginning of HS lunch in room 102, for all female creative arts students (dance, music, photography, visual arts, drama production, guitar, and media arts) interested in going to NEW YORK CITY in May 2013. GRADUATION INFO: The MT Graduation Ceremony for the class of 2013 will be held at Mother Teresa on Thursday June 27, 2013 at 1:00 pm. Each student will be given 2 tickets for guests. Students will be able to request extra tickets by signing up in Student Services between May 1st and May 17th. Students will be informed whether they will get extra tickets, in early June. PROM COMMITTEE MEETING: There will be a Prom Committee meeting on Monday, December 10, 2012. It will be at lunch in the Learning Commons Seminar Room. Please be prompt as we do not want to take up all your lunch. (JR –Dec 10)
GRAD PHOTOS: On Wednesday, December 12th, Edge Imaging will be back in Room 131 to take more grad photos. Whether you were absent on their previous visit or would like a retake done, please book an appointment online. Go to www.bookmygrad.com.
