Free Webinar about Youth Mental Health

This pandemic has been hard for everyone. Many children and youth who were struggling with mental health or behavioral challenges before the pandemic have found this year extra difficult. Kids who weren’t struggling before are now having trouble coping with the stress, isolation, and other challenges brought on by this exceptional year. Parents, caregivers, and all of us who care for kids are doing the best we can to keep our own heads above water.

How do we identify challenges and support our kids and ourselves through them? How do we know when to reach out for help, and what help is available?

On Monday, May 03 (7:00-9:00 p.m.), a panel of 3 local professionals will address youth mental health & addiction issues.

2 Week Spirit Week: Week of March -19

Monday: Travel Day: Airport vs Cruises. You're on your way to the destination: Are you going to wear comfortable jogging pants, slippers, and an eye mask (don't disturb me! I'm sleeping!) Or enjoy a nice cruise in a floppy hat, loud shirt, and sunglasses!

Tuesday: Theme Park day! Where are you going? Disneyland? Universal Studios? or are you going to head to the zoo?

Wednesday. St. Patrick's Day lands on Wednesday this year, but we can't let one cohort have all the fun! Both Wednesdays will allow you to tip your hat to Irish traditions.

Thursday: Hit the slopes, or the safari? Will you spot Sasquatch or lay your eyes on a lion?

Friday: Ah, Friday! Time to hit the dance floor! Will you be going to a favoured discotheque? Or would you rather strut your stuff at a Hoedown Waterin' Hole?
