students from Grades 7 - 10. Winter session is every Saturday from January - April for $165.

The Mighty Theatre Company is pleased to
present Radium Girls at
7 pm December 6th, 7th, and 8th with a matinee performance on December 8th at 12 pm. Tickets are $8 for students and $10 for
adults. Tickets are available to purchase in the atrium at lunchtime or at

Attention all SMT Students: This Friday November 30th is Moustache Day at SMT! There
is going to be a sale of moustaches and cookies in the atrium this
Friday for 1$ each. All proceeds will go to the Movember
Foundation. We look forward to seeing you there!
FINANCIAL NIGHT OUT - You are invited on
Wednesday (Nov. 28) evening at 7 pm in the library. Why not
bring your teen on a financial night out to find out the answer to whether your
teen is ready for their financial future. FOR WHO?: Any grade 7 -
12 student and/or parent. You cannot start too young!! Financial Coaches
from McAuley Financial Services will
be on hand to deliver an extremely worthwhile seminar that will help guide your
teen through secondary school, to post secondary life and beyond. Topics will
include savings, spending, debt, and budgeting basics. Emphasis will be placed
on the parent's role in helping and partnering with your teen through these
important financial years.

Makerspace Club: Our Makerspace club is so popular, we need to divide
the club into two different groups. The first group will now meet on Mondays at lunch and will include students
from 7-01 - 7-05. Our Tuesday group will
include students from 7-06 - 7-10 and all students from grade 8.

Reach for the Top: The Reach For the Top Meeting has been
rescheduled for Monday, December 3rd. Are you into
Trivia Crack? Do you have a talent for remembering useless
information? Then come show off your brain power at Reach for the Top. For
anyone interested in competing in this years Reach For the Top trivia
tournament, there will be a meeting at lunch on Thursday, November 22 in room

The SMT Activist Club is helping
support the Barrhaven Legion’s Socks for the Homeless collection. From now until December 7th, we will be
collecting new pairs of socks that will be given to the homeless in Ottawa to
help keep them warm this winter. Bring your socks down to lunch with you and
add them to our bin of socks just outside the cafeteria doors. Thank you for

Volunteers: St. Luke is having their annual Christmas
"Snowflake Ball" Dance on Friday, November
30 from 5:30 to 8pm and are seeking 20 volunteers to help setup and have other duties
during the event. You would need to

Family Christmas Party. December 1, 2018. Require students from 1
pm to 4:30 pm. Must provide own transportation to and from the church
(Manotick United Church). It is a fun day for everyone. Lots of
