Third Week of Advent
WHOLE SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS 
JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR – TICKETS NOW ON SALE! Tickets are now on sale for the Mother Teresa production of Jesus Christ Superstar. This is our largest production to date with a cast and crew of over 150 students. The cost is $8.00 for adults and $6.00 for students and seniors. Tickets will be sold during both Junior and Senior lunches, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Bruce House to assist those inflicted with HIV and AIDS. Performances take place Dec 15 -17, Thur/Fri/Sat @ 7pm, and Sat @ 2pm. Doors open 15 minutes before show time. (RL –Dec 14)
DECK THE HALLS! One of the best parts of Christmas time is seeing all the fabulous decorations. This Thursday and Friday, homerooms are reminded to "Deck the Halls" and Homeroom Doors with as much Christmas cheer as you can. Hallways will be judged Friday at lunch, and prizes will be awarded to the homeroom areas that decorate the best! (NR –Dec 16)
PIZZA will be sold Tuesday and Thursday after school in the atrium. $2.00 a slice. (NR –Dec 15)
LAST CHANCE FOR YEARBOOKS! Most of the yearbooks have already been sold but there is still an opportunity to purchase again over the next two weeks. The order forms are in the office in a tray marked Yearbooks. You need to pick up an order form and then return it with cash or cheque for $40. The order forms are available now and the deadline is 16th December 2011. (AP –Dec 16)
7/8 ANNOUNCEMENTS 
7/8 GIRLS FUTSAL: The 7/8 girls futsal tryouts will begin this week. The Grade 7’s will have a tryout Thursday, December 15th at 7:30 am in the wood floor gym. The Grade 8’s will have one next Tuesday, December 20th at 7:30 am in the wood floor gym. Please be there on time. (CN –Dec 19)
HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS
VICTORIA QUILTS CLUB: The Victoria Quilts Club will be taking a little break until the end of December. Club members and new members will meet again in the New Year. Happy holidays everyone! (KW – Dec 13)
DEBATE TEAM: The debate team meeting originally scheduled for this evening has been canceled. Please bring your research and materials to next week's meeting (Tuesday December 20, 3-4pm). (HB –Dec 13)
M.T.S.A.I.D: There will be a MTSAID meeting on Thursday at the beginning of lunch in room 209. (MK –Dec 15)
GRADE 12’s / GRADS 
GRADUATION INFO: The MT Graduation Ceremony for the class of 2012 will be held at Mother Teresa on Thursday June 28 at 1:00 pm. Each student will be given 2 tickets for guests. Students will be able to request extra tickets starting in May and will be informed whether they will get extra tickets, in early June. (JH –Dec 16)
ATTENTION ALL GRADS! Good news for those students who were absent the week of November 21st -25th. Edge Imaging is returning to our school on Tuesday, December 20th for Grad Photos. January 25th and February 24th have been tentatively put aside as grad retake days. Information for sign-up will follow soon. Look for the Edge Imaging posters in the atrium, by the cafetorium and by the learning commons (library). (KW –Dec 20)
