WHOLE SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GIVING OUT YEARBOOKS:

  • Every home room teacher should come and collect the yearbooks for their class from room 103 at 8.30 this morning to give out during homeroom. A few teachers have a big pile so be prepared.
  • Each pile has a list of students with check marks if they have a yearbook. If they have a 'P' next to their name it is because they have a personalized yearbook.
  • Some yearbooks have been pulled because of non payment of fees (this is noted on your form). Students need to go to the office and pay their fee before they can come and collect their yearbook from Mr. Pentlow on Friday at lunchtime.
  • If a student isn't on the list, they didn't order a yearbook. Please send any students with questions to see Mr. Pentlow at lunchtime today.
  • If students haven't ordered a book, we are ordering an extra 35 for delivery next Thursday. Students can see Mr. Pentlow at lunchtime on Thursday only with $40 cash. The first 30 with cash get a yearbook. (AP – Jun 15)
