GRADE 8 GIRLS: If you are interested in doing paper crafts, think about signing up for a workshop in which we will make a Christmas card and a bookmark. We would like to extend the opportunity for you to bring in any of your old/used ink cartridges. You can drop them off to any science teacher, and we will take care of them. This provides a more environmentally conscious way of disposing these cartridges. We will be accepting them all year round! (LB – Dec 11)

ADVENT LITURGIES: Our Advent Liturgy will take place Thursday December 10th during Period One and Period Two at 9:10 and 10:25. Period One classes in grade 7,8 and 9 will be called down at 9:10 and Grade 10, 11 and 12 classes will be called down at 10:25 during Period Two.

Tutumdara has one high school for boys and one high school for girls. NOW is looking for volunteers in the following areas: sorting material donations for culturally appropriate items, researching info and preparing materials for presentations, developing and expanding the current website and translation and cultural awareness. GRADUATING STUDENTS/COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS: A new policy surrounding Community Service Hours has been adopted at Mother Teresa High School. All graduating students must have completed their forty hours of community service by the date of the school prom if they intend to attend their graduation dance. This comes about as a result of the practice of some students who left their Community Service Hours to the last month of school and were not able to graduate in June. We are encouraging all our graduating students to submit their hours by May 14th, 2010. (NM –Dec 4)
